General Inquiries

For concerns occurring during route times such as inquiring about late buses, reporting that a bus is not needed due to an absence for a special education student, lost articles, etc. call Dispatch Operations at 734.994.2330.

For concerns about bus route scheduling call and ask for a Router at 734.994.2330.

For concerns occurring during non-peak times or not related to the above, call 734.994.2330 and they will direct you to the appropriate team member.

 

Parent Question and Concerns Form

Should you have a question or concern about your bus route, please complete the Parent Question and Concerns Form. All requests will be reviewed initially by the Durham School Services Customer Service Team and will consult the District administration as appropriate to determine if any changes will be made. You will be notified by the Durham Customer Service Team when your request has been reviewed and a determination made. Continue to use the assigned bus stop while your request is in process.
